Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise FOH staff during events to ensure smooth, high-quality service.

Act as the primary on-site liaison between event coordinators, kitchen staff, and service team.

Oversee event setup, service flow, and breakdown to ensure timelines and standards are met.

Deliver exceptional guest service and address guest needs or concerns promptly and professionally.

Assign tasks, provide direction, and motivate team members throughout the event.

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of all event areas before, during, and after service.

Monitor inventory, restocking, and proper handling of food, beverages, glassware, and equipment.

Ensure all service aligns with Domenico Catering & Events standards and client expectations

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a leadership FOH role (Banquet Captain, Lead Server, or similar).

Strong knowledge of hospitality, event service, and guest experience.

Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to lead calmly and effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Valid Food Handler certification and Responsible Beverage Service certification (or willingness to obtain).

Reliable references with a solid hospitality track record.

Preferred Attributes:

Experience in catering and special events.

Flexibility to work varied schedules, locations, and event styles.

Ability to anticipate needs and adapt quickly under pressure.
