Join Finance for Expats in Hanover as a Bankkaufmann / Real Estate Financing Consultant B2B (m/f/d). In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting expatriates as they navigate the complexities of financing their real estate investments in Germany. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with our B2B partners, providing them with tailored financing solutions that cater to the unique needs of their international clients.

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with B2B partners, including real estate agents, financial advisors, and brokers. Serve as their primary point of contact for all financing-related inquiries.
Consulting & Advisory: Offer expert advice on mortgage products and financing options tailored specifically for expatriates. Analyze the financial situations of clients and present them with the most suitable solutions, ensuring a smooth and informed decision-making process.
Customized Financing Solutions: Create and implement tailored financing strategies based on the unique needs of expatriate clients referred by our B2B partners. Manage the loan application process from start to finish, ensuring timely approvals and high client satisfaction.
Market Analysis: Stay informed on the latest trends in real estate financing, interest rates, and regulatory changes within Germany. Use this knowledge to provide insightful advice to partners and clients, ensuring they are always equipped with the most up-to-date information.
Sales & Target Achievement: Actively promote Finance for Expats’ financing products and services to partners and their clients. Strive to meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all financing agreements and related documents are prepared accurately, comply with German regulations, and are processed efficiently. Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and transactions.
Training & Development: Continuously enhance your knowledge of real estate financing through internal and external training programs. Share insights and best practices with the team to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Education & Experience: Completed commercial training, ideally as a Bankkaufmann, Bankfachwirt, or in a related field such as Versicherungskaufmann or Immobilienkaufmann. Previous experience in private client advisory or financial services is highly desirable.
Skills & Competencies: Strong enthusiasm for real estate, excellent sales and customer service orientation, and a high level of communication skills. Fluency in German is required, with English as a strong plus.
Personal Attributes: Quick learner with a proactive approach to work, capable of working independently and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
