Make a real impact 

• Undertake end-to-end business model transformation initiatives for clients in the financial services sector, with a focus on aligning strategies with operational excellence  

• Analyze client’s existing business models, identify gaps and opportunities, and recommend actionable strategies for sustainable growth and improved efficiency  

• Develop and implement operational frameworks that drive process improvements, cost reductions, and enhanced customer experiences across financial service operations  

• Drive end-to-end project management activities including developing and maintaining action plans, leading working sessions, coordinating day-to-day activities, managing risks and presenting progress updates to the upper-level management  

• Collaborate with senior client stakeholders (C-suite, directors, and heads of business units) to define business objectives, KPIs, and performance benchmarks  

• Guide more junior members, ensuring timely delivery of results, while maintaining a high-level deliverables’ quality  

• Prepare and present client proposals, business cases, and detailed reports to executive management teams  

• Perform workshops with the client, leading the conversions and ensuring proper execution of the discussions  

What you bring matters 

• Two (2) to five (5) years of previous working experience in financial services, management consulting, or similar fields either in consultancy firm or Industry player  

• Proven experience in project management, transformation initiatives, or key enhancement projects within large organizations - ideally in Banks, Loan Servicers, Payment Institutions, or other Financial Institutions - will be regarded as a plus  

• A sharp analytical mind, coupled with the ability to tackle complex problems head-on, transforming information into actionable insights  

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, enabling you to convey ideas with impact and clarity  

• A proven track record of thriving in collaborative team environments, where your unique perspectives are valued  

• Business analysis mindset to deliver change in business and/or operating model of PwC clients  

• Understanding of modern business and operating models in financial services with a view to deliver change in the way PwC clients operate and position themselves  

• Ability to comfortably address problems and meet requirements at a strategic and execution level  

• A confident and positive attitude, focused on teamwork and communication with colleagues and clients at all levels  

• An experienced professional with grit, who enjoys taking ownership and embraces challenges as growth opportunities  

• Commitment to continuous learning, with the curiosity and drive to stay ahead of emerging trends in Financial Services
