The Team

Our Financial Services and Insurance practice supports some of the largest global firms and most recognizable local brands solve their biggest challenges in today’s age of constant disruption. With diverse services, ranging from strategy and advisory to large scale implementations and change initiates, from business change to operational transformation and leading-edge IT solutions, we help clients shape and achieve their growth agenda for a sustainable future

The role:

• Program management of Transformation & Large Delivery initiatives and modernization, utilizing Agile ways of working
• Strong experience in full lifecycle of programmes across business and technology
• Platform technology rollouts with a minimum of at least 3 full life cycle implementations
• Provide direction and mentor other consultants in the engagement team
• Business consulting around one of more domain areas as a Subject Matter Expert – Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, Cards, Payments etc..
• Provide day to day account management for consulting activities, develop and build relationships at Senior level
• Lead sales proposals, Request for Proposal responses and client pitches
• Formulate and present Infosys propositions and service offerings

Requirements:
• High impact management of Business and IT Transformation programs
• Strong experience in full lifecycle of programmes across business and technology
• Platform technology rollouts with a minimum of at least 3 full life cycle implementations
• Extensive experience of systems integration, cloud enablement and APIs will be added advantage.
• Experience in driving Digital Transformation programs across the banking sector, using Agile (DevOps) ways of working
• Identifying and qualifying opportunities, leading consulting RFP’S at a large organization like Infosys
• Key domain areas to include, Lending, Onboarding / KYC, Trade, Cash Management, Business Banking and including a good understanding of industry drivers, regulations, challenges, and market trends.
• Proactive with strong core consulting and analytical skills to shape concepts and bring the client with you
• Showcasing how Automation and Artificial Intelligence enable business processes and generate business value
• Able to work across both sales and delivery with multi-teams, having significant sales lifecycle experience
• An excellent communicator with gravitas and impact, able to work with very senior client- and internal stakeholders
• Flexible with working on client site and at other locations as part of this role
• 12+ years of relevant banking experience
