Banking Specialist - Client Static Data #3

Your mission

• Monitor and manage Client static Data accurately
• Understanding of client static data elements (e.g., name, address, legal entity, tax IDs, account relationships), KYC aspects and impacts
• Responsible for meeting agreed service level and turnaround times in all assigned activities
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, risks and controls
• Work as per Singapore time zone
• This role requires full-time presence in office, with no provision for remote work.
• Cross coverage support within Banking Operations Division when required

What you need

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics or other related area
• 2+ years of experience in Banking Operations, client data management, or back-office processing in the banking or financial services domain
• Positive, pro-active, and can-do attitude with a high degree of independence, integrity, flexibility and reliability
• Proficiency in MS Excel (lookup, filters, pivot, basic formulas)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with structured and unstructured data
• Good communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams
• Continuous improvement attitude (Kaizen, Six Sigma,) to guarantee the best service and client experience.
• Excellent English knowledge (written and oral)
