We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Locum Echocardiographer to join our team in Espom. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to contribute to our healthcare services on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing echocardiograms and providing accurate diagnostic information to support patient care. This role requires a commitment to high-quality service and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
What will your responsibilities be:
As a Locum Echocardiographer, you will be responsible for conducting echocardiographic examinations, interpreting results, and preparing detailed reports. You will work closely with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for patients. Your duties will include maintaining equipment, ensuring patient safety and comfort, and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in echocardiography. You will be expected to manage your workload efficiently and provide support to other team members as needed.
Qualifications and Experiences:
• Degree in Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent
• Postgraduate qualification in Echocardiography
• Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in echocardiography
• Proficiency in performing and interpreting a wide range of echocardiographic procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Commitment to continuous professional development
