Now Hiring: Entry-Level Baler / Loader
Manufacturing Facility

We are seeking a dependable, entry-level Baler/Loader to join our manufacturing team. Forklift experience is a plus, and there is potential for growth and promotional opportunities!

Job Duties

Perform physical work including bending, lifting, and baling scrap material

Unload bags of material using a resin unloading machine

Operate a baling machine to process materials

Maintain cleanliness of work areas

Remove trash and recyclable materials

Cut pallets as needed

Assist with general facility maintenance

Perform snow removal when required

Other duties as assigned

No computer knowledge required

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required

Ability to bend, lift, reach, and stand for extended periods

Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment

Position Details

Starting pay: $13.00/hour plus bonuses

Flexible work schedule: 8–9 hour shifts

2nd shift available: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM or 4:00 PM–12:00 AM

Occasional weekend work may be required
