* Level 1/2/3 operations on Arc Serve

* Incident management using corner stone or similar tools

* • Administration of Backup running across multiple sites

• Troubleshoot technical Issues in Backup environments running on the Mentioned Tool & Technologies to Resolution

• Evaluate and Analyze the Backup Reports and Backup Performance

* Good Communication

* Ability to work under challenging environment

* Report generation and distribution
