SOCOTEC is een internationale organisatie gespecialiseerd in testing, inspectie en certificering. In Nederland ondersteunen onze experts organisaties met technische advisering, risicoanalyses en schadeonderzoeken. Binnen de business unit Claims & Advisory werken onze specialisten dagelijks aan schade-expertises, taxaties en advisering voor verzekeraars, bedrijven en overheden.

Ter versterking van ons team zijn wij op zoek naar een proactieve en georganiseerde Backoffice Medewerker die een belangrijke ondersteunende rol speelt in onze dagelijkse bedrijfsvoering.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Algemeen Backoffice Medewerker ben je een spil in de organisatie en ondersteun je de experts en het managementteam met diverse administratieve en organisatorische werkzaamheden.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

• Beheren van agenda’s en plannen van afspraken
• Administratieve ondersteuning van experts en projectteams
• Verwerken en opstellen van rapportages en correspondentie
• Dossierbeheer en documentatie in onze systemen
• Telefonisch en schriftelijk contact met opdrachtgevers en collega’s
• Ondersteuning bij facturatie en projectadministratie
• Algemene kantoor- en backoffice werkzaamheden

Wat breng je mee?

• MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau
• Enkele jaren ervaring in een secretariële of administratieve functie
• Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
• Goede kennis van MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Je bent georganiseerd, nauwkeurig en servicegericht
• Je werkt zelfstandig maar functioneert ook goed binnen een team
• Je bent flexibel en houdt overzicht, ook wanneer het druk is
