Our client is seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Backend Virtual Assistant to assist with system management, database maintenance, back-office operations, and hiring requirements in the home improvement industry. 

Key Responsibilities

Inbox and calendar management

Providing cross-departmental support

Handling HR/recruitment tasks from job posting to candidate screening

Required Skills & Experience

Strong English proficiency 

International work experience, UK/US market is preferred

Prior experience as an executive assistant

Recruitment or marketing experience is preferred
