Backend Tech Lead

We are seeking a Backend Tech Lead who remains an active coder, dedicated purely to technical architecture and implementation with no people management duties. While the majority of your time will be spent architecting and writingcode for scalablesolutions within the AWS ecosystem, you will also apply your deep passion for AI to drive the integration of intelligent features into our platforms.

You are a software craftsman who champions Test-Driven Development TDD , Domain-Driven DesignDDD , and CleanArchitecture, utilizing precise architectural diagrams to ensure technical clarity and the highest standards of code quality.

Key Responsibilities:

-Technical Leadership: Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of mission-critical backend projects and in Frontend on a high level

-AI Integration Strategy: Promote and use AI on several projects and producity stuff

-System Architecture: Define High and low level Backend Architectecture diagrams

-Data & Security: Ensure strict security protocolsand compliance standards. Implement robust data securitymeasures for PHI Protected Health Information) both in transit and at rest

-Observability: Monitor systems performance and stability.

Required Qualifications:

5+ yearsof experience in backend softwareengineering with at least 2 years in a lead or architect role
Deep expertise in the AWS ecosystem
Proven experience on Testing and TDD
Solid understanding of Domain DrivenDesign DDD

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the Healthcare or MedTech industry HL7/FHIR standards)
Experience with Infrastructure as Code
AI Integration: use of AI on production projects
