This unit leads the development of technological solutions for Backoffice systems, working with modern architectures and critical environments requiring high availability and scalability.
What will you do?
Coordinate and lead a Backend Java development team of 10–15 people.
Oversee the technical progress of projects and monitor assigned tasks.
Provide technical support when blockers or questions arise within the team.
Conduct periodic performance evaluations of team members.
Ensure proper technical coordination within the team and with other areas, especially with the technical coordinator of the solution.
Participate in designing and creating APIs under an API First Design approach, ensuring compliance with OpenAPI and Swagger.
Collaborate in defining microservices‑based architectures and their integration.
Ensure code quality and enforce best development practices.
What are we looking for in you?
Experience leading Backend Java development teams (10–15 people).
Strong knowledge of microservices‑based architecture.
Experience with Spring Boot, JPA (Hibernate/Spring Data), and synchronous/asynchronous microservices communication (JMS, Feign).
Experience designing and creating APIs, and familiarity with OpenAPI and Swagger.
Strong knowledge of relational databases (Oracle and PostgreSQL).
Experience with JEE (EJB, JMS, JPA, JAX‑RS, JAX‑WS) and OpenJDK 8 or higher.
Experience with PL/SQL and development of stored procedures in Oracle.
