What you’ll do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance C#/.NET Core APIs and backend services.

• Build and optimize data models, queries, and database performance.

• Ensure service reliability and availability by managing SLAs, monitoring, alerting, and incident response.

• Collaborate closely with UI developers, Quality Assurance and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end features.

• Write clean, maintainable code with strong unit test coverage.

• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical decision-making.

• Manage UAT environments, deployments, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Monitor application health, performance, and logs using observability tools.

• Contribute to DevOps automation, infrastructure improvements, and operational best practices.

• Provide support for production issues, including timely critical bug fixes and incident resolution.

What’s required

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

• 10+ years of experience in backend or server-side development.

• Strong proficiency in C#/.NET Core and RESTful API design.

• Proven experience ensuring service reliability and availability through SLA management, monitoring, alerting, and incident response.

• Hands-on experience with MongoDB and SQL Server, including performance tuning.

• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.

• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
