JobType: full-time

We are looking for Backend Engineers (SDE 2/3/Staff) to join our platform team. You will contribute to designing and scaling the backend services that support our no-code app builder and core orchestration layer, collaborating closely with engineers from infrastructure, frontend, and product teams.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Develop RESTful services and backend systems
• Convert product and system designs into robust, reliable services
• Enhance performance, stability, and scalability of backend components
• Integrate diverse services, APIs, and datasets across teams
• Write well-structured code and participate in code reviews
• Mentor junior engineers and keep up-to-date with the latest backend technologies

Qualifications

• 5 to 12 years of experience in backend development
• Proficient in Python, Node.js, or Go
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and event-driven architectures (Kafka, SQS)
• Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS or GCP
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows
• Excellent communication skills and a strong team-oriented mindset
