Backend Engineer | Mid-Senior | PHP | R&D

We are building a world-class, AI-driven B2B analytics SaaS. Built from scratch as a core product, it defines a new generation of marketing analytics within Tesonet Group.

You’ll join while core architecture, data flows, and engineering principles are actively being designed, with the opportunity to take real ownership and shape how the product is built and how teams collaborate.

The platform is built around intelligent automation, real-time data processing, ML modeling, and large-scale distributed systems, with AI deeply embedded at its core. By working with complex data, we deliver a powerful self-service analytics experience that enables faster, smarter marketing decisions.

Main Responsibilities:
• Design and develop backend systems and solutions with scalability in mind.
• Take ownership of core services for a greenfield, AI-powered product, from initial design to production.
• Write clean, well-tested, and well-documented code that delivers real business value.
• Own the full development lifecycle: research, prototyping, implementation, and deployment.
• Deliver, review, and maintain technical designs, code, and documentation.
• Contribute to technical decision-making in an early-stage, fast-growing project.
• Create, review, and maintain multiple microservices, optimizing them for performance and stability.

Core Requirements:
• Have deep knowledge in PHP (preferably Symfony framework, other frameworks - nice to have).
• Have some experience or interested in Golang, NodeJS or similar languages.
• Know how SQL and NoSQL databases work and how to write optimized queries and debug them if needed.
• Know why automated tests can save the world.
• Real-time data processing and event streaming is something you already know or it seems to be an interesting field to you.
• Be passionate about technology and interested in constantly trying something new.
• Have some experience with any of the following technologies we extensively use in our stack: Docker, Kubernetes, microservices, Kafka, MySQL clusters, Gitlab CI, Redis.

Nice to have:
• Any experience with DevOps practices (deployment pipelines, automation, etc.).
• Familiarity with front-end technologies and frameworks (e. g. TypeScript, React, etc.).
• Willingness to learn Golang

Salary:
• Monthly gross salary is 4500 - 7200 eur/month
• We are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills, experience, and potential impact.
