Who May Apply
Candidates with up to 5 years of relevant work experience

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our team. As part of the team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to greenfield projects with daily duties that include but aren't confined to:

Responsibilities::
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Design and build internal trading tools and systems to support professional traders in managing orders, pricing, and execution workflows.
• Collaborate with product and trading stakeholders to optimize trading strategies, pricing logic, and execution efficiency.
• Develop scalable backend services to support high-frequency data processing and real-time decision making.
• Improve system performance, reliability, and latency for trading-related applications.
• Identify bottlenecks, debug production issues, and continuously enhance system stability.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and improve user experience of trading tools.
• Participate in on-call rotation and support production systems when needed.

Requirements::
• Solid experience in Java backend development, with strong coding and system design skills.
• Good understanding of concurrency, multi-threading, and event-driven architecture.
• Experience building high-performance, low-latency systems is highly preferred.
• Familiar with distributed systems, microservices architecture, and API design (REST/gRPC).
• Exposure to trading systems, pricing engines, or financial systems is a strong plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields is preferred.
• Good communication skills in English to collaborate with global teams.
