Backend Engineer - Customer & Driver Experience (all genders)

Our Customer team ensures clients get real value from the reev platform so they can offer a great charging experience to their drivers. We guide them through onboarding, support their daily use, and turn their feedback into clear input for product and engineering. 

In your specific role as Backend Engineer (all genders), you will be responsible for the following:

• You will use your experience in backend development to shape our product. You will write clear, reusable code that keeps the platform stable and easy to extend.
• You will work on our cloud backend built with Spring Boot, Kotlin, PostgreSQL, Redis, and CI/CD. 
• You will support our agile process by keeping end-to-end integration and delivery smooth. This helps the team bring ideas into production without friction.
• You will give early feedback to product and design on what is feasible. When needed, you will suggest better options so the product stays scalable, reliable, and efficient.
• Your understanding of architecture will help us keep the product lean and use the right patterns without depending on a separate architecture function.

What you bring along:
• You have at least four years of experience in backend development.
• You know Kotlin or Java, REST and WebSocket APIs, PostgreSQL, and continuous integration. You are comfortable with Spring Boot, Docker, Kubernetes or AWS, and testing with JUnit.
• You take responsibility for tasks and projects.
• You communicate well in English.
