Requirements:
As a Software Development Engineer (Backend), you will collaborate closely with product teams, business leaders, and, most importantly, customers on the ground. You will gain a deep understanding of the problems, develop your own perspective, and address them with engineering discipline. You will take full ownership of the problem from start to finish—comprehending the user’s needs, delivering the solution, and observing its impact in real-world scenarios. We appreciate engineers who value fundamentals, enjoy exploring complexities, and thoughtfully consider why a specific solution is the best fit for a given problem. Such engineers grasp trade-offs at a profound level and can justify their decisions using first-principles reasoning. Our environment is focused on problem-solving rather than rigid processes. You will have full autonomy paired with mentorship—your leaders are here to challenge your ideas and support your growth, not to micromanage you. This position reports to an Engineering Leader.
