We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer with strong experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and logistics platforms. In this role, you will design and build scalable backend services that power warehouse operations, inventory management, order processing, and fulfillment workflows.

You will collaborate closely with product, frontend, and operations teams to deliver high-performance, reliable systems capable of handling high-volume, real-time transactions.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services for warehouse, logistics, and fulfillment platforms
• Build and enhance RESTful APIs to manage inventory tracking, order lifecycle, pick-pack-ship workflows, and returns management
• Ensure high system performance, availability, and scalability for real-time operations
• Integrate backend systems with marketplaces, ERP platforms, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions aligned with business requirements
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and testing standards
• Troubleshoot production issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and optimize performance
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural discussions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of backend development experience at SDE 2 / SDE 3 level
• Proven experience working on Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or logistics/supply-chain platforms
• Strong programming expertise in at least one of the following: Java, Python, or Node.js
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices-based architectures
• Hands-on experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis
• Solid understanding of inventory management, order lifecycle, and fulfillment workflows
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce, quick commerce, logistics, or supply-chain technology environments
• Exposure to high-growth startup ecosystems
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures, distributed systems, and message queues
