About the Role

As a Backend Engineer, you will build and maintain the core systems that power our logistics platform. Your main job will be to develop reliable APIs, manage data flow, and ensure the platform runs smoothly and securely. You will work closely with other developers to connect different parts of the system, improve performance, and add new features that help our customers manage operations more efficiently. This role is hands-on, focused on writing clean, practical code and solving real-world challenges in logistics through smart technology.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Python and Django.

• Build RESTful APIs to connect web and mobile applications.

• Design and manage database structures using PostgreSQL.

• Work with the team to plan, test, and deploy new features.

• Write clean, efficient, and secure code following best practices.

• Troubleshoot issues, optimize system performance, and ensure reliability.

• Collaborate with frontend and mobile developers to ensure smooth data integration.

• Support version control, CI/CD, and deployment processes using Git and Docker.

• Stay updated with new backend technologies and apply them where useful.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in backend development using Python and Django.

• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration principles.
