Job Description

iScale Solutions works with technology companies to effectively scale their development, support and operations processes.

As a backend developer, you will be a senior member of the development team and contribute to the development of many key features of the company's products. The successful candidate is expected to have strong web development background and the ability to adopt recent technologies seamlessly within PHP and JavaScript. More than a developer, we are looking for a candidate able to articulate his designs and discuss with a technical or non-technical audience seamlessly.

Technical skills:

• Outstanding coding skills in PHP (CodeIgniter)
• Strong skills in JavaScript (PrototypeJS and jQuery)
• Strong knowledge of MySQL and MSSQL
• Great design and problem-solving skills, engineering excellence at scale
• Knowledge of RabbitMQ and .NET Framework API Services
• Experience with web services, SOAP, XMPRPC, REST
• Experience with distributed memory object caching systems (memcache)
• Able to tune performance of web application (Rapid7)
• Strong knowledge of requirements analysis Experience level
• BS in Computer Science, Computer/ Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a software development role
