Sony Music Entertainment zoekt een Back Office Release & Royalty medewerker

Wat je gaat doen

Als lid van het Processing team zorg je ervoor dat de muziek van onze artiesten bij de luisteraar terecht komt, zowel digitaal als fysiek. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle lokale tracks in de Benelux nauwkeurig en correct worden opgevoerd in samenwerking met de A&R managers in Amsterdam & Brussel en onze (distributie) labels, zodat elke release tijdig en correct beschikbaar komt bij onze digitale partners als Spotify, YouTube, Apple Music, Deezer & TikTok.

Nauwkeurig en snel werken, flexibiliteit, structuur brengen en toch elke dag nieuwe dingen ontdekken. Ons BeNeLux operations team staat nooit stil. In deze backoffice rol leer je je ook verdiepen in de financiële kant achter onze releases en de royalties van de artiest.

Een greep uit de werkzaamheden waar jij je mee bezig zult houden:

• Opzetten van nieuwe projecten, tracks (audio en video), digitale en fysieke releases van onze lokale artiesten

• Klaarzetten van videopremières bij YouTube in samenwerking met onze internationale afdeling in Londen

• Het onderhouden van lokale YouTube kanalen cf. Playlisting en YouTubeshorts

• Opmaken van royalty afrekeningen voor onze lokale distributie labels

• Onderhouden van onze volledige lokale Benelux catalogus

• Ondersteunen van verschillen projecten binnen de afdeling of in samenwerking met de royalty manager

Wat we in jou zoeken

• Een afgeronde Bacheloropleiding

• Minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring in een operationele of data verwerkende rol

• Kennis van en/of ervaring in de muziekindustrie is een plus

• Passie voor muziek, streaming platformen en dataverwerking

• Communicatief sterk om complexe operationele en (systeem)technische informatie aan een niet-technisch publiek over te brengen

• Je werkt met en verdiept je graag in systemen en workflows

• Een zeer leergierige, pro-actieve en servicegerichte houding

• Je bent secuur en georganiseerd

• Je spreekt en schrijft perfect Nederlands en Engels.
