Job Description

The Back Office (PM Office) is responsible for providing operational and administrative support to the Creative and Product Team, ensuring the smooth execution of workflows and the monitoring of departmental costs.

The main objectives of the position include: 1) Support the design planning phases from initial moodboard to final presentation; 2) Assist in the monitoring of budgets and seasonal cost trends; 3) Provide logistical support for events, research activities, and external consultancy management.

 

• Supports the design planning process, from the creation of moodboards to the final presentation.
• Assists in the organization of appointments and manages the agenda with external consultants.
• Provides support in the planning and costing of research trips.
• Collaborates in monitoring the budget and cost center, ensuring alignment on the progress of activities.
• Handles incoming invoices and assists in tracking seasonal cost trends.
• Supports the logistical organization of spaces for events, (buyers' walkthroughs and Company, Fashion Archive moodboarding sessions etc.)
• Manages the booking of models and catering services for walkthroughs and/or specific events.

 

• Bachelor Degree

• Previous experience in a similar role (at least 1 year)

• Strong organizational skills and attention to details 

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 

• Fluency in English
