We are seeking a detail-oriented Back-Office Operations Associate to support inventory management and internal operations. The role involves handling administrative tasks, generating basic reports, and collaborating with international logistics and operations teams to resolve day-to-day requests.
• Previous experience in back office & operational related tasks;
• Bachelor's degree and first initial practical work experience, ideally in a fast-paced and international environment
• Fast adapting personality with a strong sense of taking responsibility, initiatives and working independently
• The motivation to contribute your own ideas and approaches to solutions
• Good knowledge of common Office applications or Google Workspace 
• Fluent in English
Job Responsibilities:
• Perform Back-office tasks related to our group inventory management
• Work closely with international colleagues from logistics and operations in order to solve and process operational requests
• Produce and work with basic reporting related to internal processes
• Support the growth of new projects through performing day-to-day administrative and organizational tasks
