XS is a licensed fast-growing Multi-Asset CFD Broker, looking to hire a dynamic Back Office Officer to join our team of experts!

Responsibilities:
Ensuring effective implementation of Know your Customer (KYC) procedure to all potential and existing Clients in line with the company policies and procedures
Executing daily tasks relating to account opening / maintenance and closures
Monitoring of clients’ accounts regarding suspicious transactions and notifying the AMLCO when clients’ investment/economic profiles do not match
Preparing various regulatory reports related to back office
Identifying and enhancing internal procedures, systems, and controls
Communicating with other internal departments and the Company’s partners
Providing regular progress and management reporting, including KPI
Resolving internal and external queries in a timely and professional manner
Taking initiative, delegating effectively, and communicating clearly to meet the department’s goals
Account Opening Procedures: individual and corporate
Improve overall client satisfaction by ensuring a smooth and efficient on boarding experience
Updating Back Office manual according to any changes in procedures
Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment
Requirements:
University degree in Economics/Finance/Business or in a related field
Previous experience in a similar role is a must
Able to work in different shifts (Morning shift = 7:00/8:00 am till 16:00/17:00 pm/ Afternoon shift = 15:00/16:00 pm till 00:00/1:00 am/ Middle shift = 12:00 pm till 21:00 pm/ Night shift = 12 am till 7:00 am)
Fluent in English – Written and verbal
Location: Malaysia
Any other language will be considered an advantage
Computer literate – very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and Word
Ability to work under pressure and on tight deadlines
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
