THE BACKGROUND
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced professional to join our team as a Back-Office Support. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, managing framework contracts, and ensuring seamless communication with clients and stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our organization.
YOUR TEAM
You will be joining the Consortium Back Office team, a team composed of 9 professionals providing administrative support.
The team is characterized by a strong team spirit, good collaboration, and a positive working atmosphere.
YOUR MISSION
As a Back-Office Officer your responsibilities will be as follows:
• Framework Management: Manage and maintain around 30 framework contracts, ensuring timely follow-up of the new demands.
• Administrative Support: Assist the team with administrative tasks, such as data entry, document management, and mail handling.
• Request Management: Handle requests from the Commission and recruitment demands, ensuring prompt and efficient processing.
• Email Management: Manage incoming emails, respond to customer inquiries, and ensure timely follow-up on pending matters.
• Offer Tracking: Monitor and track offers, ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting.
• Process Management: Dispatch demands, collect information, and answer customer queries within established deadlines, while respecting the recruitment process.
• Dual Platform Management: Work efficiently on two different platforms/portals, adapting to changing systems and processes.
