Convert menu information from source documents (e.g., PDFs, images, handwritten
notes, websites) into the company's internal database or content management
system.
● Verify that all menu items, descriptions, prices, and options are accurately captured
and reflect the source material exactly.
● Follow established guidelines for data entry, formatting, and structuring menu items
to ensure consistency and readability within the digital system.
● Review completed transcriptions for spelling, grammar, punctuation errors, and data
inconsistencies to ensure a clean, error-free output.
● Identify and resolve discrepancies, inconsistencies, or missing information by
conducting basic research or seeking clarification from the appropriate team
members.
● Manage workload effectively to meet daily or weekly production and quality
standards.
● Utilize transcription software, word processing programs, and the company's specific
data entry tools efficiently.
● Meet daily expectations/KPIs as assigned with efficiency and quality
Educational Qualifications Graduate from any discipline/institute preferred,
Basic English knowledge, Attention to details, Knowledge of Google sheets, docs, forms and how to operate them, Good basic mathematical skills (summation, subtraction, division, multiplication) Behavioral Competencies Cognitive Ability, Effective Communication, Adaptability to change in shift hours/days, Discipline, Teamwork, Ability to Learn
