Back Office CSR | Medical Records | Get a 21K Signing Bonus

Account specific roles and responsibilities

• Review medical records for completeness and accuracy.
• Identify and log missing information or entries (e.g., RBT signatures).
• Coordinate with onshore teams to obtain the required documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of findings using Google Sheets and MS Excel.
• Generate and submit weekly summary reports of missing items.
• Follow internal audit guidelines and escalate concerns as needed.
• Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and company policies.

Requirements:
• At least 6 months BPO experience is an advantage, but not required
• Healthcare BPO experience is a PLUS
• Good Verbal and Written English skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must be keen to details
• Willing to work onsite in Buendia, Makati
• Amenable working night shift
