We are looking to cover the Back Office Business Development Intern position
that will report to the Head of Commercial Operations.
The objective of the Business Development and & Alternative Funding for Private Sector Department is to support the scale up of EIT Urban Mobility partners. The role of the Back Office Business Development Intern is to support the Department in achieving its client’s discovery targets contributing to the lead generation phase, reporting, data collection and analysis.
Main tasks and responsibilities include support on:
Maintaining all partners related documents.
Preparing leads datasets.
Documenting processes, identifying and implementing improvements to processes.
Preparing relevant documentation for meetings.
Collecting information for internal and external reporting purposes.
Updating the database in the Customer Relations Management system (CRM).
In addition to the main responsibilities, this position offers the opportunity to:
Work within a multidisciplinary team and develop expertise in the field of urban mobility.
Participate in webinars and online courses to enhance knowledge and skills.
Be mentored and learn from high performance professionals in the urban mobility sector.

Must-have:
A level of education completed in Science and Technology or Business.
Excellent written and spoken English (C1), Spanish (B2).
One or more additional European languages is a plus.

Kindly note that this is a full-time internship position. Spanish Internship Contract OR University Internship Agreement.
Starting date: ASAP May 2026.
Duration: 1 year
Compensation: 1.450 € gross per month.
No relocation expenses are granted.
