Account specific roles and responsibilities:

• Perform eligibility verification for healthcare members with accuracy and timeliness.
• Handle inbound and/or outbound calls related to healthcare inquiries.
• Provide clear and professional communication when addressing member concerns.
• Update and maintain member information in the system accurately.
• Adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and service level standards.

Requirements:
• At least 6 months BPO experience

• US Healthcare Insurance experience is an advantage
• Proficient in using MS Tools
• Good verbal and written English skills
• Must be willing to work on-site in Makati
• Amenable working night shifts
