Account specific roles and responsibilities:

• Enter patient demographics, medical histories, diagnoses, medications, and procedures into the system.
• Review and verify data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information.
• Cross-check entries against source documents and correct discrepancies in accordance with audit and documentation standards.
• Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and all applicable data privacy regulations.
• Safeguard and maintain confidentiality of all patient health information.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare staff to clarify documentation and ensure data completeness.
• Ensure timely updates and maintenance of electronic medical records.

Requirements:
• At least 6 months BPO experience handling a healthcare account

• Familiar with EMR Tools (Electronic Medical Records)
• Proficient in using MS Tools
• Good verbal and written English skills
• Must be willing to work on-site in Makati
• Amenable working night shifts
