Job Description

Taj HR is seeking a talented Back-end Engineer . The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining the server-side logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic, and contribute to building a robust and scalable infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain server-side logic using languages such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Design and implement APIs to support front-end functionality.
• Manage database systems and optimize queries for performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to improve performance.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure best practices.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in back-end development.
• Proficiency in server-side languages such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Experience with database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
