Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Back-End Developer with strong expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices architecture to join our dynamic and innovative team at Talent Worx. You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable back-end systems that support our applications and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain back-end services and RESTful APIs using Spring Boot.
• Design and implement microservices architectures that ensure high availability and scalability.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Monitor and enhance application performance, reliability, and security.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team best practices.

Requirements:
Key Requirements:

• 3-7 years of experience in software development, focusing on back-end development using Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong knowledge of Microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
• Experience with database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on delivering results.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
