Back-End Developer – .NET 8, Azure & Kubernetes (Full-Time, Remote)

Launchpad is hiring a Back-End Developer with solid experience in .NET and microservices architecture to help us build scalable, high-performance systems. You’ll work with a modern Microsoft stack (.NET 8, Azure, MySQL, CosmosDB, and Kubernetes) collaborating across teams to design and deliver solutions that power critical applications.

🌐 Work hours: Monday to Friday, 7.30 to 16.30 PST

🏡 Work mode: 100% remote

🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing

• Design and implement back-end services and APIs using .NET 8+ and microservices architecture

• Develop and optimize database solutions with MySQL and CosmosDB for scalability and performance

• Work in a cloud-native Azure environment to deploy and manage solutions

• Containerize applications and handle deployments using Kubernetes

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for performance and resilience

• Conduct unit and basic end-to-end testing to ensure quality before release

• Participate in code reviews, write technical documentation, and ensure high standards

• Collaborate closely with front-end, DevOps, and product teams to align goals and delivery

✅ What You Need to Succeed

Must-haves

• 3–5 years of experience with .NET Core / .NET 8

• Proficiency in MySQL, with exposure to CosmosDB

• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture

• Experience deploying services in Microsoft Azure

• Proficiency with Kubernetes for container orchestration

• Ability to write and validate tests (unit, functional) for your own code

• Familiarity with CI/CD and cloud-native development practices

• Strong problem-solving mindset and collaborative spirit

• Advanced+ English level and experience in agile environments

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in Azure-based production environments

• Familiarity with event-driven architectures

• Background working with distributed systems

• Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD workflows

• Understanding of DevOps practices in cloud-native ecosystems
