Ob in der Beratung oder im Konzern: In jedem IT-Transformationsprojekt müssen Organisation und Prozesse von Unternehmen analysiert und neu geplant werden. IT-, Prozess- und Unternehmensmodellierungswerkzeuge sind dafür zentrale Bausteine – decken jedoch meist nur einzelne Perspektiven der (IT-) Organisation ab.

Was fehlt, ist ein klarer, herstellerneutraler Überblick: Welche Funktionen gibt es überhaupt in EAM- und Prozessmodellierungs-Tools, um Transformationen ganzheitlich zu steuern – von Geschäftsarchitektur über Prozesse bis hin zu Anwendungen, Daten und Technologien? In dieser Abschlussarbeit entwickelst Du genau dafür eine systematische Funktionslandkarte samt Bewertungsmethode und lieferst damit eine praktische Entscheidungsgrundlage für Toolauswahl und -architektur in Unternehmen.

Das sind Deine Aufgaben:

• Problem- und Zielbild präzisieren; Forschungsfragen ableiten
• Herstellerneutrale Funktionslandkarte strukturieren und sauber definieren
• Bewertungsrahmen konzipieren und iterativ verfeinern (Methodik wählst Du)
• Praxisfeedback einholen (Interviews/Umfrage/Desk Research) zur Validierung
• Ergebnisse in klare Entscheidungsvorlagen verdichten (Summary, Checkliste, Matrix)

Das bringst Du mit: 

• Du studierst (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, BWL mit Tech-Fokus oder einen verwandten Studiengang (Bachelor oder Master)
• Erste Berührungspunkte mit Enterprise Architecture und Prozess-management sind von Vorteil
• Analytische, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Freude daran, komplexe Themen in klare Modelle/Tabellen zu überführen
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
