Requisition Details:
Description
•    Hands-on experience on Java, Struts 1.1, EJB 2, Oracle PL SQL and data analysis exposure.
•    Experienced on manual testing in Integration & UAT environments.
•    Coordinate with stakeholders on scope definition, business requirements and functional specifications and create BRDS/FRDs.
•    Domain experience in Treasury area with specific focus in the Liquidity Risk Management/Reporting area.
•    Coordinate between business & technology teams for preparation and implementation of project plans and present weekly project status report.
•    Work with subject matter experts to produce relevant artifacts (process flow charts, user requirements, user guides, release notes)
Qualification
•    Hands-on experience in Java, Struts 1.1, EJB 2 and Oracle PL SQL required.
•    Coordinate with stakeholders on scope definition, business requirements and functional specifications and create BRDS/FRDs.
•    Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
•    8+ years prior experience in financial services working on medium to large-scale projects
•    Excellent understanding of the Treasury function within a bank with 5+ years of industry experience
•    Familiarity with Liquidity Risk and Regulatory Reporting for multinational banks.
•    Strong Knowledge of Regulatory Reporting Practices, Risk Measurement and Analysis
•    Solid understanding of financial products
•    Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
•    Excellent interpersonal skills
•    Strong multi-tasking skills required
•    Must be able to come up to speed quickly - quick learner
•    BS/BA required (MS/MBA a plus)
