Job Description

• Years of experience between 6 to 12 years as Business Analyst or Solution Architect in Banking
• Should have experience in Commercial Credit Origination, Commercial Lending and Risk management
• Strong experience in gathering and documenting requirements, writing External Design Documents, writing Test Cases/functions & execution of the test cases
• Good understanding of Commercial Lending Risk Management, Loans origination, customer on-boarding workflow
• Experience of carrying gap analysis, application portfolio analysis and rationalization and product selection in Commercial Lending domain.
• Experience on implementing Straight Through Processing / process automation in this domain will be very useful
• Very good communication skills and experience of interacting with multiple stakeholders including senior business managers
• Basic technical skills (e.g., querying SQL database, knowledge of development and QA activities).
