Job Description:
Business / Data Analyst with Project management experience.
Very strong individual with good communication and presentation skills
Should be a quick learner (CitiKYC Domain) and support functional queries
Ability to lead and challenge the teams
Co-ordinate/manage different stakeholders to get the tasks done and provide regular status update
Update project plans and ability to create adhoc decks
Experience in compliance domain a plus
Should be expert in creating & presenting decks to senior stakeholders
Should be Pro-active.
Must be able to run tracks independently
Must identify issues/risk and bring it to Senior Management attention – Escalate where required.
Need to understand the application functionality and should be able to update functional documents
2) Technical skills
a. Business analyst with good exposure to Compliance domain, with exposure to KYC (this is good to have).
b. Should be able to perform Data analysis.
c. The candidate will be working closely with the business in understanding the requirement and interacting with the technology team to pass the detailed requirement.
d. Well versed with writing Functional requirement document, System integrated test plan, traceability metric etc.
e. Good Project Management skill - Create Project Plan based on requirements and inputs from other BAs. Manage the execution and delivery of the project for the client
f. should have excellent coordination skills with various business groups
g. Good experience with running status updates with client and other stakeholders of the engagement
f. Knowledge of SQL, PLSQL skill will be added advantage.
