Title: BA Configurator

Contract: 6 months C T H

Location: St. Louis, MO

Must Haves:

• 5+ years as a BA Configurator.

• Must know c AND

• Must be a team player, detail oriented, and have great communication skills. Also need to be able to “thrive in chaos”

Plusses: Extensive knowledge of Bswift and BenefitFocus software.

Description:

Client is in need of a Benefits Configurator because they are rolling out a new platform for its employees to access all benefits information (benefits, HR, payroll, etc). Ideally this person has been through an implementation before. Essentially this person will look at the project and head it in the right direction.

Background on Bswift and BenefitFocus:

• Bswift: software and services that are designed to help employees navigate all health care and benefits offered by Client.
• BenefitFocus: data-driven platform to shop, enroll, manage and exchange benefits offered by Client
