Job Title: BA and Training Content Developer

Experience: 7+ Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically proficient Business Analyst and Training Developer to support the documentation and training needs of smart manufacturing initiatives. This role will focus on creating comprehensive training materials and technical documentation for OT/IT data platforms, AVEVA PI Historian, data collection pipelines, and paper & pulp industry-specific use case implementations within AVEVA PI AF Analytical Servers.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis:

· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for smart manufacturing solutions.

· Document functional and technical specifications for OT/IT platform implementations.

· Map business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.

Training Development:

· Design and develop technical training materials including user guides, SOPs, configuration manuals, and e-learning content.

· Create step-by-step documentation for:

o AVEVA PI Historian setup and configuration.

o Data collection pipeline architecture and implementation.

o Use case deployment in AVEVA PI AF Analytical Servers tailored to paper & pulp operations.

· Conduct training sessions and workshops for internal teams and end users.

Technical Documentation:

· Maintain up-to-date documentation for platform architecture, data flows, and system configurations.

· Translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly content.

· Ensure documentation aligns with industry standards and internal quality guidelines.

Collaboration & Support:

· Work closely with engineering, operations, and domain experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content.

· Support change management and user adoption initiatives.

· Provide feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement of training programs.

Required Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

· 3+ years of experience in business analysis and technical training development.

· Strong understanding of OT/IT integration and industrial data platforms.

· Hands-on experience with AVEVA PI System (including PI AF and PI Vision).

· Familiarity with data collection architectures and industrial protocols (OPC UA, MQTT).

· Knowledge of paper & pulp manufacturing processes and analytics use cases.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint, Word, and e-learning platforms.

· Experience with smart manufacturing platforms and IIoT solutions.

· Exposure to cloud environments (AWS preferred).

· Instructional design certification or experience.

· Agile methodology experience.
