What You Will Do:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Activation Intern to support our B2B Training Coordinator and Management Team in handling daily operations.

• Support the team maintain organized records of travel expenses, bookings, and documentation.
Help the team be an interlocutor with travel agencies and stakeholders.
• Help the team finding new proposals and identify new opportunities for all Exoticca´s markets.
• Support marketing efforts by helping create travel brochures, itineraries, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes.

Requirements:
• Current student or recent graduate in Travel, Administrative Support, or a related field (with possibility of signing a university internship agreement).

• Great communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute in a team environment.
• Interest in finance and accounting functions.
• No prior experience required – motivation and curiosity are more important!
