B2B Salesperson
Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven B2B Salesperson to generate new business opportunities and build strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business-to-business sales, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to identify client needs and deliver tailored solutions that drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital outreach
Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
Conduct needs assessments and present customized product or service solutions
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to close sales
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract execution
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to align sales strategies
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
2+ years of B2B sales experience (industry-specific experience a plus)
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build rapport with executives and business leaders
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to travel as needed (if applicable)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in consultative or solution-based selling
Established network within relevant industry
Experience managing long sales cycles
