Job Description:
Thinking IT Corp is seeking a Sales Representative to contribute to the promotion and sales of our digital gaming platforms. The ideal candidate will demonstrate enthusiasm, reliability, and proficient English communication skills. Prior experience is not a prerequisite for this role.
Responsibilities:
• Promote our gaming platforms online.
• Engage with prospective customers and finalize sales.
• Respond to inquiries and provide user assistance on platforms such as Discord, Telegram, etc.
• Conduct client follow-ups and offer basic support.
• Collaborate closely with the team to enhance marketing strategies.
Requirements:
• Proficient English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Availability to work night shifts between 8:00 PM and 3:00/4:00 AM.
• Basic computer skills with strong internet literacy.
• Demonstrated interest in gaming and digital platforms.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
• Confident in presenting products or services to potential customers.
• Ability to handle customer objections and provide solutions effectively.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Willingness to continuously learn about products, industry trends, and competitors.
