About the Role

We are hiring on behalf of our client, a fast-expanding company in the medical laboratory testing sector. They partner with leading hospitals, clinics, and corporate entities to deliver high-quality diagnostic solutions that significantly enhance community health and well-being. As the Business Client Sales Manager, you will lead the business client sales department, implement strategic sales plans, guide the team to exceed revenue targets, and cultivate strong, lasting relationships with corporate clients. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in B2B sales and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, client-focused, and adept at identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients, including hospitals, clinics, and corporate partners, to promote our comprehensive laboratory testing services (20%).
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing business clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships (15%).
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored for corporate clients, aligning with overall business objectives and market demands (10%).
• Ensure the sales team consistently meets or exceeds monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, driving revenue growth and market share (10%).
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales staff, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities (10%).
• Oversee the preparation of proposals, quotations, and contract processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution (10%).
• Explore new opportunities and actively acquire new business clients, expanding the company's market presence and revenue streams (10%).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven skills in sales management, negotiation, leadership, communication, and market analysis.
• Results-driven with a strong client-oriented approach.
• Proactive, reliable, and professional demeanor.
• Experience working in a Korean company is highly desirable.
• Understanding of the healthcare industry is essential.
