B2B Sales Executive

You will work closely with experienced sales professionals to learn the ropes of the industry while contributing to the growth of our customer base. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing relationships with potential clients, and assisting in the sales process through effective communication and problem-solving skills. Your role will involve proactively reaching out to potential clients via phone, email, in-person, and networking opportunities. Assisting in developing and presenting sales proposals tailored to client needs. Collaborating with the sales team to manage accounts and follow up on leads. Utilizing CRM systems to track and manage customer relationships. Participating in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and industry knowledge. Requirements: What we are looking for: Must be a hunter! College graduate with two-to-five-years B2B sales experience Demonstrated track record of success (2 full calendar years, i.e. 105% of sales goal via scorecard or sales dashboard) Strong communication skills, both written and oral, and presentation skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Outgoing, dynamic personality Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team Strong organizational skills and attention to detail A self-motivated individual with a desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment Can-do attitude that loves to compete and be challenged Strong skill set for prospecting and developing a territory Must be able to generate 250+ sales activities a week CRM experience to include strong data entry and organization of sales data A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required
