Overview
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented B2B Sales Executive to acquire new clients and contracts for our recruitment agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both HR recruitment and B2B sales, enabling them to understand client needs and effectively position our recruitment and HR solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with companies requiring recruitment and HR services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (HR managers, business owners, department heads).
• Develop tailored proposals and presentations to showcase agency services.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are clearly understood and delivered.
• Track market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM systems.
Requirements:
Qualifications & Skills
• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within recruitment, HR, or professional services.
• Background in HR recruitment (agency or in-house) with understanding of hiring processes and client expectations.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build trust and long-term partnerships with clients.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Business, or related field preferred.
Performance Indicators
