As the B2B Performance Marketing Manager - Paid Social (all genders), you are more than a campaign manager; you are a strategic architect of our B2B client acquisition engine. You will take ownership of our paid social universe, primarily leveraging the power of LinkedIn to engage and convert our most valuable clients. You'll architect sophisticated campaigns, analyze key decision-makers within customer accounts and use our CRMs to focus on the results that truly grow our business: high-quality customers.

In this role, you'll have the autonomy to shape strategy, manage significant budgets and build comprehensive campaign frameworks that consistently unlock new growth opportunities. You will be a central partner for our Go-to-Market teams, ensuring our paid social campaigns are a powerful, integrated component of our go-to-market approach. In this role, you can earn an annual target salary between 60.000 - 65.000 €. Your personal development and promotion opportunities are also guaranteed with us.

🎯 How you can contribute to HeyJobs

• Collaborate on the planning, execution, and optimization of B2B paid social campaigns (LinkedIn and other platforms) to drive high-quality pipeline and scalable demand.

• Apply expertise in targeting complex buying committees, supporting tailored messaging and strategies for multiple stakeholders within target accounts.

• Execute and support demand generation initiatives that go beyond lead capture, helping position HeyJobs as a top-of-mind solution in the market.

• Work closely with CRM, RevOps, and Analytics teams to analyze the full customer journey, optimize down-funnel performance, and improve ROAS.

• Contribute to channel performance management, including budget planning, forecasting, and reporting that links paid social efforts to business impact.

• Drive hypothesis-led testing across creatives, copy, and audiences, ensuring continuous learning and performance improvements.

• Act as a strong cross-functional collaborator with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Design, contributing insights to broader marketing goals and company OKRs.

🤝 What sets you up for success

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a B2B performance marketing role with a clear focus on lead generation and pipeline contribution.

• A true performance mindset: You are data-obsessed, relentlessly driven to optimize, and eager to take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong, hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager is essential, as you'll be working with it regularly

• An analytical and strategic mindset, with the ability to manage a budget and translate data into actionable insights.

• Experience using a CRM (HubSpot and Salesforce) to create a powerful feedback loop, analyzing sales outcomes to continuously optimize your campaigns for what truly drives business success.

• Excellent communication and project management skills, with a natural ability to collaborate across departments.

• Business fluency in both German and English is required.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with Meta Ads in a B2B context.

• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth tech, recruiting or SaaS company
