Job Title: Outside Sales Account Manager - Building Envelope Solutions (Commercial Roofing, Sheet Metal, Glass & Glazing, Solar)
Start Date: Immediately or flexible based upon availability
Salary Range: $60,000 - $120,000 Draw DOE + Uncapped Commissions
Position Overview: Be a driving force in our continued expansion of our Springdale, AR location! This outside sales role focuses on business development, B2B relationship management, and commercial construction sales within the building envelope market. With access to our full suite of building envelope services, you will be able to provide comprehensive solutions across roofing, architectural cladding, glass & glazing, solar, and service.

Essential Functions:
Business development & relationship management
Prospecting, lead follow‑up, and CRM tracking
Proposal development and contract negotiation
Project coordination from sale through closeout
Client liaison throughout construction lifecycle
Networking and industry events
Required Skills and Abilities:
Excellent communication skills / people oriented
Highly motivated to drive business growth and market expansion
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
Valid Driver’s License

Education and Experience:
3-5 years of experience in commercial construction (roofing, glass, solar, and architectural cladding)
Minimum of 3 years of prior sales experience
Work Environment/Physical Requirements:
Background check/drug test
Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs
Ability to set up and climb 32ft ladder at full length
Ability to travel as needed
Compensation Package:
Weekly pay/Draw against Commission
