GuardPass is the UK’s leading hiring and workforce platform built specifically for the security industry. We help security employers find, hire, vet, and train licensed professionals – all in one place. With 200,000+ SIA-licensed workers on the platform and backing from Get Licensed (UK’s largest security training provider), we’re at an exciting inflection point.
We’re looking for a B2B marketer who can take GuardPass to its next stage of growth.
You’ll lead marketing strategy for customer acquisition – figuring out what works, building campaigns that convert, and scaling what drives results. You’ll have budget, tools (HubSpot, paid channels), and team support to make things happen.
This isn’t a role where your work gets lost in layers of approval. You’ll have a direct line between your ideas, execution, and revenue impact. You’ll collaborate closely with sales, shape how we go to market, and see your contribution translate into real growth.
What you'll do
Define positioning and messaging that resonates with customers
Develop and own the B2B marketing strategy across the full funnel
Experiment across paid, email, ABM, events, guerrilla tactics – find what moves the needle and double down
Build sales enablement materials that help close deals
Plan and execute webinars, campaigns, and partnerships that generate pipeline
Work hand-in-hand with sales to optimise lead quality and conversion
Measure everything, learn fast, and iterate
What We’re Looking For
B2B SaaS or marketplace marketing experience (not B2C, not agency-only)
Hands-on HubSpot experience – workflows, automation, reporting
You’ve run paid campaigns and understand CAC, conversion, and attribution
Strategic thinker who’s equally comfortable getting hands dirty
Comfortable with ambiguity – you don’t wait to be told what to do
