Job Summary
As a B2B Marketing Associate, you will support and execute employer-focused brand and marketing initiatives with a strong focus on events, market research, and campaign execution.
This is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys execution, coordination, and learning how B2B brand building works at scale. You will work closely with senior brand managers, agencies, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality marketing programs for apna’s employer audience.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Events and On-ground Marketing
• Own the planning and execution of B2B events including job fairs, roundtables, webinars, podcasts, and industry forums for MSMEs or Enterprises.
• Coordinate with event partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution
• Track event performance and post-event outcomes
Campaign Execution
• Support execution of integrated B2B marketing campaigns across digital, content, social, PR, and offline channels
• Manage timelines, briefs, and deliverables with internal teams and external agencies
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all employer-facing touchpoints
Market and Brand Research
• Assist in conducting market research, competitor analysis, and employer insights studies
• Support brand health tracking, surveys, and data collation
• Convert insights into clear inputs for campaigns and content
Content and Asset Support
• Help create and manage B2B marketing assets such as case studies, presentations, reports, landing pages, and event collateral
• Coordinate with design and content teams for timely delivery
Cross-functional Collaboration
• Work closely with brand, product marketing, sales, PR, growth, and analytics teams
• Support go-to-market initiatives for new employer products and features
Reporting and Analysis
• Track campaign and event KPIs such as reach, engagement, leads, and participation
• Prepare post-campaign and post-event reports with key learnings
Requirements
Experience
• 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, brand marketing, or marketing operations
• Experience in tech, startups, SaaS, marketplaces, or B2B platforms is preferred
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Execution-first Mindset
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
Communication and Coordination
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with internal teams, vendors, and agencies
Analytical Orientation
• Basic understanding of marketing metrics and reporting
• Willingness to learn how data informs B2B marketing decisions
